InfoWorld: Why observability in dataops?

In an article for InfoWorld, Isaac Sacolick reports on how dataops teams are borrowing from observability practices to ensure that data integrations perform reliably and resolve data quality issues efficiently.

In the piece, Eduardo Silva, founder and CEO of Calyptia, is quoted as saying, “You need to have systems in place to help make sense of that data, and no single tool will suffice. As a result, you need to ensure that your pipelines can route data to a wide variety of destinations.” He goes on to recommend vendor-neutral, open source solutions.
